Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in Fort Worth, Texas. The individual will be part of a dynamic team within the telecom industry, utilizing their skills in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare non-inventory purchase requisitions and initiate payments of invoices.

• Categorize expenses and initiate miscellaneous payments to dealers.

• Conduct month end close journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Perform financial analysis and manage accounts receivable.

• Release and cash application, past due collection, and aging reporting.

• Act as a liaison for foreign entities' month-end reporting with 3rd party service providers.

• Collaborate with Customer Services and Corporate Accounting teams.

• Drive and execute continuous process improvement in accounting procedures. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations is mandatory.

• Strong familiarity with General Ledger maintenance and Journal Entries.

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel.

• Proven experience with Month End Close procedures.

• Knowledge and experience with NetSuite software.

• Experience with Oracle software is required.

• Proficiency in SAP systems is essential.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

• CPA certification is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
