    The Senior Information Security Risk Analyst leads enterprise information security training and awareness activities, including secure development training, compliance & ethics training, and phishing simulations. Supports Deluxe policy, client due diligence processes, and management of internal SharePoint sites. Manage the Compliance by Design process ensuring SLA’s, work direction, centralized repository, reporting, and escalations. Ensure accuracy and on time delivery of team dashboards and reporting. Develops and maintains GRC documentation repository and facilitates communication to business partners.

  • Lead information security awareness activities for the enterprise. Manage monthly information security awareness communications. Support information security team branding efforts, including logos, documentation templates and SharePoint sites. Develop content and communications for special events and cyber security awareness month.

  • Manage and deliver enterprise security training. Collaborate with the Legal/Compliance team on the annual training plan and content. Create and deliver targeted training content across the enterprise to address management identified needs.

  • GRC responsibilities include oversight on the fulfillment/administration of the pre-production risk and compliance process Compliance by Design (CbD). CbD work product includes intake form management into centralized repository (Archer), call scheduling, resource allocation, blueprint delivery, requirements escalation, CbD large project management. Ensure SLA’s are met and reporting metrics are provided.

  • Lead secure development training process. Partner with information security architects and IT leaders to identify the appropriate training scope and audience for annual training. Manage trainees and assign training in the training system. Manage communication to trainees, including reminders to complete training and escalations. Maintain evidence and documentation of secure development training process, content, and completion.

    Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors in IT, Information Security or Compliance preferred and 5 year of experience or HS/GED and 9 years

  • 5 years of security, and regulatory compliance frameworks experience including ISO 27001, GLBA, SOX, PCI, HIPAA and CFPB/FFIEC examination expectations

  • 5 years of Security & Awareness background, current involvement with industry trends and leaders in this space

  • 5 years of experience providing Security communications across an enterprise

  • 5 years of strong project/program management skills balancing multiple projects/programs while maintaining high level of responsiveness, client focus and attention to detail

    Preferred Qualifications:

Masters in IT, Information Security or Compliance preferred and 7 years of experience

  • SharePoint development skills preferred

  • Archer experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, at all levels, including external auditors or regulators

  • Excellent analytical, presentation and project management skills

  • Strong ability to navigate organizationally across multiple functional areas providing work direction on risk activities and governance processes

  • Ability to communicate program criticality and negotiate delivery amidst competing priorities

  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills, and the ability to execute in a complex, matrixed organization

  • Influence to get things done

  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize on the fly as needed

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and skilled at multi-tasking

  • Work efficiently and effectively under pressure/deadlines

  • Highly motivated and results driven
