Portfolio Property and Business Funds Manager - Level 4

The individual selected will be responsible for:

• Driving annual Discretionary Resource (DR) Planning efforts for portfolio programs in accordance with ADP and Aero policies/procedures

• Providing oversight of New Business Funds (NBF) and Capital execution with Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Project Owners, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)—ensuring IPT accountability for tracking project spend plans, estimates at completion, accurate labor & expenditure recording, and timely status updates

• Identifying and tracking to closure funding and execution risk/issues for Capital/NBF

• Ensuring Capital/NBF funding requests are vetted & approved by portfolio leadership prior to requesting resources to solution

• Reporting Capital/NBF status updates to Portfolio Leadership, and ADP Executive Leadership or Integrators

• Providing Portfolio oversight of company and customer property requirements and ensuring processes are in place to track and drive compliance

• Leading performance improvement initiatives, including but not limited to NBF and Capital planning and performance within the portfolio

• Supporting the development and maintenance of Portfolio Integration and Operations project plans

• Additional duties as needed or as the role evolves

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with Lockheed Martin discretionary resource (e.g., NBF and/or Capital) financial processes

• Experience and/or training on IRAD types and associated federal funding requirements and LM policies/procedures

• Experience with program management, project management, and/or program integration organizations, roles, and/or processes

• Experience working independently and with cross functional groups to drive projects/actions to closure

• Experience developing and delivering presentations to communicate concepts, status updates, or project plans to cross functional or technical stakeholders and executive leadership

• Active Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills:

• New process development, deployment and/or implementation in a multi-site environment

• Project planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting methods (e.g., waterfall, Agile) and/or tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, and/or Jira)

• General knowledge or experience with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and SAP

• General knowledge of Facilities Service Requests (FSRs)

• General knowledge of company and customer property requirements and/or best practices

• Experience with dashboards, data analytics tools, and/or Discretionary Resource tools (e.g. Confluence, Discretionary Resources Planning System (DRPS), Jira, Maximo, SAP, Tableau)

• Ability to understand and communicate with stakeholders across the organization at the appropriate levels (i.e., high-level overview for executives, and in-depth/complex issues with engineers)

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $91,300 - $175,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $105,000 - $197,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
