Robert Half has partnered with a company in the hospitality industry, seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy and confident HR onboarding specialist to become part of their team ASAP.

Details:

• Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5pm OR 9am-6pm

• Contract- will go permanent for the right fit

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full onboarding process, including paperwork, payroll addition and system access setup.

• Conducting inaugural tours for new employees.

• Ensuring required office equipment and parking passes for new employees are arranged.

• Collaborating with IT for login credentials, workspace arrangement and office supply provision. Overseeing offboarding procedures, including termination notification and record management.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Confidence in their skill set to handle diverse shifting duties and tasks.

• Strong tech proficiency, being capable of navigating multiple platforms with ease.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
