Hiring : Maintenance Supervisor / North FW / $90k

Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor directs and coordinates activities of maintenance techs and maintenance leads. The Supervisor will also manage materials, machines, and the entire maintenance area. The role is responsible for ensuring all preventative and reactive maintenance for all facility and operational assets is completed. The candidate will assist the manager with directing, managing, coaching, and mentoring personnel as needed.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include night shift, overtime, and weekends to support a plant that manufactures 24/7.

Must maintain a personal inventory of tools necessary to perform the requirements of the position.

Must be able to troubleshoot and repair pneumatics (air cylinders, electro-pneumatic solenoids, etc.).

Must be able to troubleshoot and repair basic hydraulics (cylinders, motors, solenoids, etc.).

Must be able to troubleshoot and repair pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement).

Must be able to troubleshoot and repair process fluid transmission (manual valves, electrical valves, pneumatic valves, check valves, basic piping configuration).

Must be able to troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate process monitoring (temperature, pressure, level, flow) and equipment (gauges, meters, transducers, transmitters).

Must be able to lead others in a team-based environment.

Must have basic electrical skills (motor replacement, sensor replacement, fuse replacement, understanding of PLCs, understanding of sensor functions).
