Position Highlights:
· Work location: 6100 Harris Parkway Fort Worth, TX 76132
· Work hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM with on call and weekend rotation
· This position will assist in covering the Clearfork location

Here’s What You Need:
· H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required
· Equivalent Specialized training in mechanic trades or a related field preferred Individuals hired into the position prior to January 1, 2003, will be grandfathered with existing education required.
· 3 Years’ experience in a commercial or industrial environment and licensed as electrician, plumber or industrial maintenance mechanic certification required.
· 7 Years in commercial or industrial environment without licensed electrician, plumber or industrial maintenance mechanic certification required.
· 1 Year experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
· Has knowledge with chilled water systems, pneumatic tube station, computerized maintenance system, HVAC, and general plumbing.
· Knowledge with fire alarms, life safety systems and inspections of fire alarm devices.
· Knowledge of emergency generators and related equipment.
· Driver’s License required
· Electrician upon hire preferred
· Plumber upon hire preferred
· Other Healthcare maintenance certification upon hire preferred
Skills:
· Proficient in the use of computerized systems for all aspects of job performance; troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and utility systems; mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams; ability to work effectively unsupervised and in teams; excellent written, verbal, and listening skills; ability work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Here’s What You Will Do:
· Provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance support for hospital, hospital equipment, and hospital properties utilizing the computerized maintenance management system.
· Performs the duties of skill trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, and exterior maintenance as required.
· Provide technical support and general guidance to facility staff in the repair and operation of facility equipment, components, utilities, and the like.
· Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs, education opportunities, and related training.
