Our client is looking to hire an Instructional Designer who designs and develops learning solutions. Must be experienced with the Cornerstone Learning Management system. Position is 100% Remote but MUST live in CST or EST timezone and able to work CST. We are looking for a skilled writer with the following qualifications:

• Proficiency with multimedia and a clear mastery of e-learning tools such as Vyond, Camtasia, Articulate RISE, and Storyline.

• Advanced Microsoft Office application skills.

• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone onDemand preferred)

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Work proactively and with minimal supervision

• Be disciplined about working remotely (and appreciate the benefit of doing so!)

salary: $43 - $46 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Employ a rapid-development approach and solid instructional design to build creative and innovative training videos, games, job aids, posters, manuals, and related learning/e-learning deliverables.

• Bring best-of-breed learning techniques and technology into the development of training program and solutions.

• Proficiency with multimedia and a clear mastery of e-learning tools such as Vyond, Camtasia, Articulate RISE, and Storyline. Advanced Microsoft Office application skills.
