Job Description:
UES is seeking an Geotechnical Field Technician to join our Fort Worth team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for field reconnaissance, staking boring locations, and ensuring drill rig access for geotechnical projects. You will conduct site assessments and provide detailed reports on site conditions. This position requires physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions and long hours. When not in the field, you will assist with soils laboratory testing and support other project needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Aids in obtaining and recording of geotechnical samples
Creates reports as needed
Punctual and reliable attendance
Follow all protocols and procedures to guarantee safety on the job site
Other duties as assigned
