What you will do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs typical maintenance and repair tasks to support the facility

• Detects and repairs deficiencies and/or reports questionable conditions to the supervisor.

• Maintains a clean and orderly facility and follows prescribed safety regulations.

• Performs preventative maintenance on machinery, the building, or the grounds as required.

• Will be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma

• 2 years of maintenance experience

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to perform but not limited to the following basic skills: carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, machine repair, painting, and janitorial.

• Required to be familiar with and use of common hand and power tools

• Must be able to read and interpret drawings, sketches, O.E.M. instructions and specifications.
