Deloitte Epic Clinical Application Support Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
On our Epic Support team, you will provide L2 support (incident management, triage and minor enhancements), clinical module support (In patient & Out patient applications), Certified in at least one of the these modules and hands on experience in other related applications ; Ambulatory and/or Clin Doc and/or Orders.
Work with application end users to trouble shoot L2 application issues in Epic system in a timely and professional manner
Provide On-call support for designated modules
Conduct ongoing system maintenance for assigned Epic module
Support and maintain all required system support & build documents and other system documentation
Contribute to the development of testing scripts and materials
Actively participate in testing tasks and activities assigned to L2 Support team
Complete specific team task activities as outlined in the project work plan and other job-related duties as assigned
Attend team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, work tasks, and issues
Create and maintain regular status reports and provide verbal and written status to project managers and project leadership, as required
Coordinate with the offshore team for continuity of L2 support and maintenance activities
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

Qualifications
Required
3 + years of related Epic experience and ability to assess business issues and provide Level 2 support
Active Epic certification - Certified in at least one of the following - Ambulatory or Clin Doc or IP orders.
Experience with Incident Management, minor enhancements, maintenance activities
Collaborate with Offshore team, willing to work on multiple Epic modules in a fast paced environment
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or an equivalent combination of education, skills and relevant experience OR equivalent education/experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to work remotely, be on-call, travel 10% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Analytical/ decision making responsibilities
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent written and communication skills
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76 ,725 to $114,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
