Description: We are Lockheed Martin

You will be the F-35 Line of Business execution lead for the Weapons Integration team. Our team responsibilities include leading execution of contracted work for the F-35 LOB, working closely with Functional engineering leaders to plan and develop supporting engineering resources, being a customer and focal point for issues and reporting of status to program leadership.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Coordination across the F-35 LOB engineering teams

• Establishing business rhythms to support monthly EVMS reporting

• Evaluating engineering BOE's to ensure adequacy to complete technical work

• Supporting management of weapons systems suppliers

**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.**

This position is in Fort Worth, TX  Discover Fort Worth.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related technical degree

• Previous experience collaborating with and collaborating cross engineering teams

• Must be a US Citizen, this position will require a Secret security clearance.

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience in Weapons Integration and Certification

• Experience coordinating with flight test and understanding flight test execution plans

• Experience supporting development of engineering BOE's and understanding contract requirements

• Experience leading development and execution of technical plans.

• Excellent communication/coordination skills

• Government customer interaction and interface experience

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
