Description: What You Will Be Doing
As the DevSecOps Senior Manager (Ground Systems) you will be responsible developing and implementing a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy that aligns with the directorate's goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
• Playing a key role in shaping the organization's approach to integrating development, security, and operations, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive cultural and technological changes that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and innovation
• Defining and implementing DevSecOps best practices, identifying and prioritizing areas for improvement, and developing and managing budgets and resource allocation plans to support the strategy
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance and recommendations on DevSecOps-related matters and ensuring that the organization remains ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and emerging technologies
• Key driver of transformational change within the directorate, and will have a significant impact on the organization's ability to deliver high-quality products and services quickly and securely
• Leading a geographically dispersed team responsible for career development of first line leaders and continuous technical learning for the organization

Further Information About This Opportunity
This position will be in Fort Worth, Texas or Orlando, Florida. Willingness to travel between LM sites.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance with an Intern Secret to start. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of DevOps and/or DevSecOps principles, practices, and tools.
Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, cybersecurity, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic visions.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, including threat modeling and risk management.
Desired Skills:
DevOps or DevSecOps certifications (e.g., DevOps Foundation, DevSecOps Engineer).
Cloud computing certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Certified: Azure Developer).
Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
Knowledge of Lockheed Martin's DevSecOps vision and strategy.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
