DELMIA Architect Location: Fort Worth, TX Job ID: #70254 12 month contract Pay Range: $80-120 -On-Site Only- •Define end to end technical solutions with consideration for enterprise architecture strategies, current environment, and constraints. Analyze viability of solutions to meet program requirements, timeline, budget, and quality. •Align architecture and roadmap with internal and external stakeholders – Programs, IT, Vendors, etc. •Guide optimization of Bill of Process (BoP) to streamline manufacturing workflows and improve efficiency. •Support the generation of 3D Interactive Work Instructions to enhance shop floor operations and training. •Design and optimize processes for Composite Manufacturing and Additive Manufacturing. •Support the analysis, design, configuration, development, and integration of manufacturing solutions in the PLM system. •Provide technical leadership and guidance on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, specifically in DELMIA applications. •Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities. Automate repetitive tasks and processes within the platform to improve efficiency and reduce errors. •Drive the implementation best practices and industry standards to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality. •Collaborate with business partners, business analysts, and business functions (customers) to architect new solutions and support existing ones •Mentor and coach team members of various experience levels and support development of PLM talent pipeline. -10+ years of overall work experience in Information Technology or Manufacturing Engineering. -7+ years’ experience with PLM or Digital Manufacturing systems in a manufacturing environment. -Strong understanding of Dassault Brands specially ENOVIA and DELMIA with experience implementing Dassault 3DX solutions (version 2020x and above preferred). -In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Item Definition (MID), Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM), and Bill of Process (BoP). -Knowledgeable of common software development principles and lifecycle. -Strong understanding of 3D Interactive Work Instruction generation, NC Programming, Composite Manufacturing, and Additive Manufacturing. -Intermediate knowledge of infrastructure and database systems. -Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences throughout the company. -Ability to work independently, as well as on a team. Education Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields.
