Adecco is currently hiring for customer service representive responsible for providing assistance and support to customers with their inquiries, complaints, and issues. They work in various industries and communicate with customers through various channels like phone, email, chat, and social media. Some of the key responsibilities of a customer service representative include:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving complaints

  • Providing accurate and complete information to customers

  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining records

  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues

  • Upselling and promoting products or services to customers

  • Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers

  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

  • Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge of products or services

A successful customer service representative should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach. They should also be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
