Do you have Call Center experience within the Healthcare Industry? Do you enjoy helping customers? We have a great Customer Service opportunity for you with a leading company in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This is a 4 to 6 month opportunity. Initial training 100% onsite with opportunity to WFH once training is fully mastered. Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm. Qualifications:

• 1 plus years of Customer Service experience

• Solid technical skills including MS Office suite

• Solid critical thinking skills

• Excellent Time Management

• Ability to collaborate and open communication in team environment

• Conflict resolution skills

• Work flexibility

• Excellent attention to detail

salary: $20 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.

• Determines status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc.

• Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing & resolves return credit problems.

• Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.

• Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.
