Certification and ODA Administration
Bell has an opening at our Fort Worth Commercial Business for a Civil Certification Coordinator supporting commercial certification activities.
In this role, the Civil Certification Coordinator is a member of the ODA(Organizational Designation Authorization)Administration and Civil Certification team responsible foradministering and overseeing the civil certification records management and unit member administrative tasks.Bring your experience and ideas to improve the maintenance of existing records management policies and strengthen the development of unit member capabilities.
What you’ll be doing as a Civil Certification Coordinator
Civil Certification Administration
Maintain certification project records (electronic and paper)
Evaluate and process incoming invoices from foreign regulatory authorities, consultants, as well as offsite storage facilities.
Maintain existing unit member training for regulatory updates and implementation of continuous improvement activities including transitioning existing training into web based training
Generate and report completion status metrics for ODA Unit training and annual UM performance evaluations.
Report metrics based on trends from the annual performance evaluations to assist in targeted training updates.
- Evaluate and understand current unit member capabilities and potential growth areas through the identification of new candidate unit members of expansion of existing unit members
Qualifications
Skills You Bring To this Role
Verbal and written communication skills in a professional business environment
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, the certification and ODA regulatory environment
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Business
3 years of relevant experience
Experience in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with ARIBA, SAP and PLM
Experience in Share Point software is preferred.
