Auto CAT Repair Solution Sale Rep.
PRIMARY PURPOSE : To develop, implement and maintain the delivery of world-class service including quality assurance, client services, and workforce management ensuring departmental objectives are met.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver a customer focused sales approach around the hail repair process.
Educate the customer on the benefit of the PDR repair process and using the Sedgwick guaranteed repair program.
Achieve a high-level repair capture rate per deployment.
Analyze and resolves customer service issues.
Providing an on-site CAT sale leadership, direction, and support repair process.
Work with on-site leadership to develop, implement and monitor sales approach per deployment.
Off-season requirements support local appraiser coverage, desk review and training.
Support CAT Repair Team Solution during events (greeting customer, maintaining customer waiting area, assist with scheduling, customer intake.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned.
Travel up to 75%
Must be able to lift 25lbs.
Must be able to stand for long periods of the day.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations..
Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
Six (6) years of sales experience or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong customer service skills including call center client processes and procedures
Excellent team coaching, training, facilitation and development skills
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
Excellent customer service skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $59,000-$80,000/year . A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
