We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant based in North Fort Worth, Texas. This position is joining a faith-based company with a great office culture and primarily involves managing and processing financial information with the use of various software systems. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other team members to ensure efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software systems to process and manage financial data

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently

• Oversee balance sheet accounts and ensure their accuracy

• Conduct regular audits to verify financial information and processes

• Proficiently use ADP - Financial Services for various accounting functions

• Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for managing and integrating the important parts of the business

• Employ Concur for managing employee expenses

• Use Cl Programming for various financial operations

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Take appropriate action on customer accounts based on their credit status.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.

• Cl Programming skills are necessary.

• Familiarity with Concur is a must.

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is vital.

• Demonstrable experience in Accounting Functions is needed.

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial.

• Auditing skills are necessary.

• Experience with Balance Sheet Account is required.
