Description We are inviting applications for the role of ABS Investor Reporting in the finance industry. This position is based in Fort Worth, Texas and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and establishing processes for investor reporting on Asset Backed Securitization (ABS), and training internal staff to manage the process. Expertise in ABS, investor reporting, financing structures, cash flow modeling, and investment financial modeling will be critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Review existing processes for ABS investor reporting.

• Develop and implement optimized processes for investor reporting on ABS.

• Train internal staff in managing the investor reporting process.

• Set up Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking and reporting for performance, cash flow, transaction, and structure detail.

• Provide guidance to the team on ABS regulations.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of investor reports.

• Manage the collection and distribution of cash flows from underlying assets.

• Maintain transparency and help investors assess risk by providing detailed information about the performance of the securities.

• Oversee the management of the asset pool by a special purpose vehicle (SPV) or trust. Requirements • Proficiency in Asset Backed Securities (ABS) is required.

• Demonstrable experience in investor reporting is essential.

• Must be well-versed in various financing structures.

• Ability to perform cash flow modeling is necessary.

• Proficiency in investment financial modeling is a must.
