Parkview North Hospital Template/Scheduling Analytics Manager in Fort Wayne, Indiana
This position follows a hybrid work model, with approximately 70-80% of the work conducted remotely and 20-30% completed in-person.
Responsibilities:
Manages the activities for the access performance scheduling/template analytics team to support the goal of using data analytics and Epic functionality to improve access within Parkview Health. Responsible for the development and application of the processes within the team to implement the provider templates, develop key metrics, implement functionality and other pertinent work flows to improve access. Leads the team to ensure sustainability by providing operational leaders with data and analysis to optimize the provider templates, Epic functionality and improve the overall scheduling processes to improve access.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
Expertise in a quantitative field such as decision support, database management, or business analytics.
Familiarity with scheduling, registration, and revenue cycle processes, preferably within a healthcare setting.
Epic experience is highly desired.
Substantial revenue cycle and analytical experience preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, and Access.
Experience with business analytics and/or decision support software is required.
