Community Health Systems RN Cardiovascular ICU Weekend Premium in Fort Wayne, Indiana

Registered Nurse, Full-Time, 5a-5p (Days), Every Other Weekend Premium Program

CVICU - Cardiovascular ICU ( ICU and progressive post cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgery)

22 ICU Beds & 20 Step Down Beds (float between both)

  • Types of patients: Post cardiothoracic or cardiovascular surgery (CABG, valve replacement, carotid, thoracotomy, esophagectomy, AAA, fem-pop), heart failure, LVAD, ECMO both VV and VA

  • Selling points: Able to care for both ICU and progressive patients, challenging devices like ECMO, Impella, LVAD
