Parkview North Hospital Property & Project Coordinator in Fort Wayne, Indiana
Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day Property Management of all the assigned properties within Parkview Health. Supports both the corrective and preventative maintenance and project management requirements as required. Maintains overall positive tenant relationships on behalf of the Parkview Real Estate department and completes a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the courteous, timely and efficient operation of the overall portfolio and identifies problems to the Operational Property Manager. Organizes and schedules the required resources for PPG physician or administrative office renovations. Responsible for all aspects of the project as defined by project scope documents.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required. Major, minor or concentration in real estate property management is preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Certified Property Manager (CPM) preferred. Must have a valid Indiana driver's license.
Experience: 3-5 years of related experience.
