Location:Fort Wayne, IN Employment Type:Full-Time Pay:$24 - $26 per hour Shift:Variable schedule, 9-14 hours per day, 5-6 days per week, including Saturdays as needed

Position Overview
We are seeking an experiencedClass A Regional Driverto transport shipments safely across designated routes while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. This is ahome-dailyposition with amostly drop-and-hook operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate2021 Freightliner day cab with a 53-foot trailer
- Performdrop-and-hook deliverieswith no-touch freight
- Secure loads properly using straps
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company policies
- Accurately log driving hours usingSamsara ELD
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Adapt to changing schedules and unexpected delays
- Maintain a clean and organized truck
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 years of Class A driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and background
- Valid DOT Medical Card and FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse registration
- Knowledge of Samsara ELD logging system
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work variable shifts, including Saturdays when needed
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
