This position assists in the development and promotion of PFWs competitive NCAA Division I mens volleyball program. This position has a starting annual salary of $36,000.   • Follow and enforce all NCAA bylaws, league regulations, and university academic and other policies and procedures
  • Assist with athlete recruitment.
  • Assist with the running of practices and practice content.
  • Assist with the oversight and monitoring of academic progress of student-athletes.
  • Serve as an instructor for one HPER course per year.
  • Assist with scheduling contests, travel arrangements and ordering equipment and supplies.
  • Provide periodic administrative assistance.
  • Create and foster an environment that promotes the overall health and welfare of student-athletes.

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 2 years of experience playing or coaching at the collegiate level.
  • Knowledgeable of NCAA Division I rules and regulations.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and remain in compliance with the Purdue University Motor Vehicle Records Check policy.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders, including the general public.
  • Ability to assist with recruitment under highly selective academic and athletic standards.
  • Ability to assess athletic skills and instruct athletes in techniques of sport.
  • Ability to develop game strategies.
