Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Revit Technician to join our team. This individual will impact projects from day one by creating shop drawings, modeling in Revit, and assisting with design production. Primarily working on K-12 education projects in northeast Indiana, this role supports project teams and consultants in both design and project delivery capacities. The successful candidate will collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other team members to produce schematic designs through construction document drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create shop drawings and model in Revit.

• Assist with design production.

• Support project teams and consultants in design and project delivery.

• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other team members to produce schematic designs through construction document drawings and specifications.

• Pay close attention to detail and perform strong field verification and measurement.

• Research products and data to support design solutions.

• Work with architectural production teams to execute designs.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in commercial projects.

• Proficiency in Revit 2020 or newer.

• Ability to create shop drawings and assist in a production role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate's degree in design, construction, engineering, or a related field.

Work Environment

We offer a very flexible work schedule, allowing options such as four 10-hour days or adjusted daily hours. There is some remote flexibility after an initial training period. Our team consists of 4 staff members: 3 Architects/Technicians and 1 administrative personnel. The office is located just outside downtown Fort Wayne and features a business casual dress code. Core business hours are Monday-Friday, 10 AM-3 PM, but employees can complete their 40 hours as they see fit. We are a laid-back, easy-going company that believes family comes first and encourages team members to go the extra mile to meet project deadlines. Remote work is possible as long as occasional travel to project sites can be accommodated.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57500.00 - $72500.00/yr.
