Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Software Developer in FORT WASHINGTON, Pennsylvania. The role will primarily involve designing and developing custom applications and features to integrate within the Salesforce platform. You will work across various departments, collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and engage with internal stakeholders to ensure the functionality and relevancy of our technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions within the Salesforce or CRM platform to meet stakeholder requirements and business objectives for existing and new functionality

• Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop in-depth functional specifications for interfaces and system enhancements

• Participate in agile activities such as sprint planning, sprint reviews, and scrum meetings

• Identify technical complexities that may affect platform design or performance and conduct coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process

• Support web administrators, QA/UAT, and developers throughout the full development lifecycle

• Work with Business Development, Program Delivery, Customer Care, and other internal stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions including dashboards, interfaces, and integrations

• Act as a liaison between users and developers to ensure product adaptation and issue clarification

• Plan and manage end-to-end test execution for applications ensuring testing deliverables meet business, technical, and functional requirements

• Conduct root cause analysis of identified defects and provide sufficient detail for project managers to understand, replicate, and resolve

• Develop and manage the execution of comprehensive projects while controlling and supervising resources, schedules, costs, risk, quality, and scope

• Act as a change champion and proactively identify new products, trends, and technical capabilities

• Maintain a log of detected defects and change requests and proactively solve issues. Requirements • Proficiency in Application Architecture is necessary for this role.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud is required.

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform is essential.

• Proficiency in Apex Triggers is needed.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work successfully in a team environment.

• Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.

• Must have a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

• Experience in software development methodologies is a plus.

• Knowledge of other programming languages is beneficial.
