Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will be tasked with troubleshooting all mechanical and electrical issues. The primary responsibilities include working through a preventative maintenance schedule and responding to repair calls from operators. The technician will handle equipment such as corrugators, printer presses, die cutters, auxiliary equipment, glue machines, and other plant machinery. This role requires a thorough understanding of bearings, conveyors, drives, gear boxes for mechanical troubleshooting, and knowledge in wiring, 3 phase motors, and PLC controls for electrical tasks.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Work Environment

The position follows a 2x2x3 night shift schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM. The work environment is a standard industrial setting which can be hot during summers and cold in the winter. The facility is clean and organized.
