We are looking for an individual with professional auto detailing experience we can further train to be a part of our vehicle repair process. However, we will consider training the right individual with a strong automotive back ground. This is an entry level position that can expand into an autobody helper trainee or paint prep trainee with advancement to an auto body or painter technician. Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Detailing
* Sanding
* Priming
* Removing & Installing Parts
* Learning to Repair Dents
* Block Sanding
* Masking
* Buffing Finished Repairs
* Janitorial Duties On The Property - (Cleaning Shop, Bathrooms, Mowing, Etc.)
Job requirements:
* At least 1+ years\' experience in the auto body detailing or as an auto body helper
* Eagerness to learn more in an established trade
* Some tools will be required
* You are cooperative with team members, and you foster a welcoming environment for those you work with.
* You are detail oriented. It\'s not uncommon for you to focus on making sure the job is done well twice before you sign off on your work.
* You are humble in your approach and see things through to completion.
* You understand your work\'s impact. This requires you to be the first and last step of our customer\'s journey. You want them to leave smiling and you want to help your team finish strongly.
