Description We are in search of a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Fort Payne, Alabama. This individual will play a key role in managing customer interactions, particularly related to loan applications, and will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. The role is within the telecom industry and offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan applications

• Assist customers with uploading necessary documents

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective service

• Utilize CRM and database systems to manage customer interactions and record customer data

• Work with cloud technologies and EO/IR systems to enhance the customer experience

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and About Time software to manage customer accounts and ensure timely response to queries

• Ensure customer accounts are up-to-date and accurate

• Monitor customer credit accounts and address delinquent payments

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements • Proficiency in cloud technologies is essential for this role.

• Experience with CRM systems is required.

• Must possess skills in database management.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is crucial.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.

• Experience with the "About Time" program is desirable.

• Must have experience in managing customer accounts.

• Should have a strong track record in customer satisfaction.

• Excellent customer service skills are required.

• Experience in customer success management is highly desirable.
