Our client in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join their team! This position is Monday - Thursday with flexibility for urgent calls on Friday.

Pay Rate: $22-$23/hr.

What’s the Job?

• Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on houses and apartments.

• Adhere to routine service calls, turnover cleanings, painting, carpentry, plumbing, lock changes, and light HVAC.

• Provide on call coverage for emergency calls.

• Drive a company vehicle to property locations.

• Document and maintain records as required.

What’s Needed?

• 2 year minimum of property maintenance experience.

• Positive, can-do attitude, and strong communication skills.

• High School Diploma required.

• Valid Drivers License and ability to pass a background check.

• Ability to work well with others and multitask.
