ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented TDL Analyst to join our team in the Fort Meade, Maryland area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*The TDL Analyst evaluates program operations and recommends improvements to small and medium sized TDLs.

*They identify trends and patterns in program data to help identify areas of inefficiency or underperformance.

*They also develop and implement strategies to improve program effectiveness and efficiency, including creating and implementing new procedures and policies.

*In addition, the role may conduct research and report on program performance and outcomes.

*The TDL Analyst is a journeyman experienced in improving overall operational performance.

• The TDL Analyst takes direction from more senior personnel. Basic Qualifications:

*2 years of position-specific relevant experience. Clearance Requirements:

*This position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph Physical Requirements:

*Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

*Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

*Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

*The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

*The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. #cyber1234
