ManTech Lead CNO Developer in Fort Meade, Maryland
Description & Requirements
ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Computer Network Operations (CNO) Developer Lead to join our team in the Fort Meade, Maryland area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provides team and technical leadership in the designing, developing, documenting, testing, debugging and maintenance of hardware or software based CNO capabilities
Applies their knowledge of security concepts and networks to their work, while effectively communicating project status to leadership and customers
Ensures compliance with software standards as a primary focus of their role
SME level position expected to supervise and mentor more junior team members
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in an IT-related discipline; PhD adds four years of experience;MS adds two years of experience; AS requires two more years of experience; High school requires four more years of experience
Twelve or more (12+) years of related experience
Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming
Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices)
Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming
Preferred Qualifications:
CNO capability development experience
Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience
Understanding of assembly programming concepts
Unit Test experience
Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)
Relevant industry standard certifications such as Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer (PCEP) or C++ Certified Professional Programmer Certification (CPP)
Experience with CI/CD pipeline/DevSecOps development
Clearance Requirements:
- This position requires a current/active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $170,700.00-$283,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
