In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation’s security and intelligence mission.
The junior front-end developer is responsible for parts of a website that users interact with. They use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create visually appealing interfaces must be able to develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards and working with users and/or system engineers. The position will work as part of a small team environment of programmers that are responsible for developing new and existing code. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customer base. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures.
Responsibilities:
Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization
Independently install, customize and integrate commercial software packages
Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues
Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing
Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
Resolve complex technical design issues
Develop technical specifications and plans
Analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents
Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges
Provide comprehensive support to internal customers
Achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues
Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and or reports as requested
Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
Work with our developers to improve usability for our customers.
Optimize web design for maximum speed. Work with developers to ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
Build the front-end portion of websites and web applications-the part users see and interact with.
Front-end developer will modify current websites and applications using web languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that allow users to access and interact with the website.
Front end developer will concentrate on everything the user visually sees and interacts with directly in the browser or client-side application. Using languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, front end developer will construct responsive page layouts, navigation menus, buttons, search forms, and all other interface components.
Front end Developer will translate an existing website design and transform the look and feel to a modern and up to date look. As a junior member of a web development team, your duties include testing site code or handling specific aspects of a design and development project.
Requirements:
Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Familiar with Team Foundation Server
Familiar with .Net and MVC
Clearance Required:
- Active TS/SCI with Poly
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Minimum Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years
Preferred:
Security+ Certification
Experience with or knowledge of C#, Java, Java Script, CSS, T-SQL, MVC, .NET, SQL and JavaScript Framework
Possession up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry
Possession of excellent communication skills
Possession strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to multi-task without loss of efficiency or composure
Possession of strong coding skills and coding structure
Possession of strong organizational skills
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements.
Experience with MVC, .NET, SQL, Team Foundation Server and Java Script Framework Scripting languages

The base salary range for this position is $135K to $155K. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
