SAIC is seeking an Cyberspace Operations Analyst  to work onsite with our customer at  Ft. Meade, MD .

• Apply a thorough knowledge and understanding of the plans, missions, components, organization, and structure of the Cyber Mission Force.

• Draft and/or edit Operations Plans (OPLANS), Operations Orders (OPORDs), Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs) and other planning documents as required.

• Familiar with and participate in Joint Planning Groups, Operational Planning Teams (OPG/OPT), Target Working Groups, and Capability Working Groups in order to drive operations.

• Integrate cyber capabilities into plans, support action officers with planning, and remain cognizant of missions and priorities.

• Develop technical concepts of support, courses of action, integrate command and external capabilities to enhance planning products,

• Apply working knowledge of network architectures, security fundamentals, operating systems (OS) and system virtualization in order to facilitate cyberspace operational planning.

Qualifications

Education and experience:

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of direct experience with military cyberspace operations or Information Operations Planning, including (2) years in Offensive Cyber Operations and planning and/or military planning process.

Required Experience:

• Demonstrate technical planning experience specific to Information Operations and cyberspace operations.

• Understand the military planning processes

• Information Operations Planning experience.

• Must possess a broad knowledge of networking concepts, cyberspace capabilities, infrastructures and platforms.

Required clearance:

• Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI Poly dated within the last 5 years.

Desired experience:

• Direct experience with military cyberspace operations or computer network operations

• Direct experience with the Cyber Mission Force

• Joint Planning experience

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
