Job Description:

AFS is seeking a Targeteer Analyst to analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. The Targeteer Analyst will assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. They will be responsible to research, gather and synthesize information. There will be up to 50% CONUS/OCONUS travel.

Here's what you need:

  • Must have or obtain U.S. Passport within 30 days of employment

  • 8+ years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies

  • 7+ years of experience as a Targeteer in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community.

  • 3+ years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations

  • 3+ years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products)

  • 3+ years experience with target material production (TMP), to include, but not limited to, target development and validation

  • 3+ years experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher

  • Certified in CJCSI 3505.01C (Target Coordinate Mensuration Certification and Program Accreditation)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Excellent briefing skills and experienced in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments

  • Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience

  • Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends

  • Demonstrated superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools

Security Clearance:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$97,300—$196,500 USD
