Located just 4 miles from Fort Lauderdale's beaches, Dayton Granger, Inc. designs and manufactures advanced aviation products, including antennas, lightning protection, and electrostatic dischargers, for commercial, general aviation, and military customers. Responsibilities:
Assembles parts using fixtures or tools as per work instructions and blue prints.
Performing comprehensive processes, including drilling, assembling, bonding, and foaming, to ensure the successful bonding of complete assemblies.
Embraces Company values while performing to quality standards.
Operates various ovens and works with epoxies and adhesives.
Perform other tasks assigned by management
Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
Minimum Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with riveting, drilling, and molding
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to communicate read and understand procedures, instructions and notices in English.
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
Familiarity with mechanical and bonding assembly processes preferred.
Must be able to lift and push up to 25 lbs and have good eye to hand coordination
Preferred, Not Required:
- Experience bonding composite assemblies preferred.
