A Manufacturing Support Inspector for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Weston, FL area. The Manufacturing Inspector conducts dimensional and electrical inspections of sub-assemblies and final system assemblies during the manufacturing process, following defined procedures and guidelines to approve or reject products based on technical documents and established standards.

responsibilities:

• Perform inspection of manufacturing goods during the manufacturing process.

• Conduct dimensional and electrical inspections of sub-assemblies or final system assemblies.

• Interpret prints, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, wire cards, and lists to approve or reject in-process or final assemblies.

• Follow clearly defined procedures and tasks with defined guidelines for decision-making.

• Make simple judgments in straightforward situations based on established solutions.

• Ensure adherence to defined technical procedures.

• Work in accordance with detailed and defined rules/instructions.

• Apply a basic understanding of work routines and procedures within the discipline.

Skills:

• Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training.

• Ability to select between established solutions for inspection-related tasks.

• Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in the field.

• Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings accurately.

• Good judgment in approving or rejecting assemblies based on inspection results.
