We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of all facility systems and equipment within our cGMP-compliant facility. Your responsibilities will include performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, conducting preventive maintenance activities, and supporting various repair operations.

salary: $58,240 - $62,400 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Responds to service request as requested utilizing resources to effectively repair and ensure the safety and availability of Arnet systems and equipment. • Perform the job function in compliance with safety, health, environmental, and governmental regulations, and in compliance. • Support machine setups as needed in supporting production daily goals. • Ensure the plant is clean and free of debris or clutter. • Technical Knowledge in the manufacturing process of solid dose. Tablet presses, Capsule machines, coaters and Blenders etc. • Performs record keeping functions (CMMS) such as documenting maintenance work performed and recording unusual operating conditions. • Performs various types of tests on mechanical and electrical equipment (Amperage, Volts, resistance). • Contributes to the efficiency of the department by offering suggestions and participating as an active member of the team. • Evaluates equipment and machine operation for repair needs. • Supports installs of new equipment • Removes and repairs various equipment and components. • Repairs hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies. • Other duties as required or directed.
