We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and organization across our Airbnb properties. The housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring the homes are spotless, welcoming, and well-stocked for each guest's arrival. The ideal candidate has experience in hospitality or home cleaning, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of creating a clean, comfortable environment for short-term rentals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
- Change bed linens and towels after guest check-out.
- Perform laundry tasks such as washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Restock supplies like toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling.
- Inspect the property for damages and report issues promptly.
- Follow a checklist to ensure all tasks are completed to Airbnb standards.
- Prepare the property for guest arrivals, ensuring it meets the quality expectations.
- Maintain communication with the property manager for scheduling and updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner in hospitality or home settings.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to follow specific instructions and cleaning procedures.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Experience with Airbnb properties is a plus, but not required.
Schedule:
- Flexible hours based on guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Weekend availability is required.
