We are hiring Property & Casualty Insurance Agents for a new insurance agency that services a large portfolio of mortgage customers. Base plus uncapped commission and great internal benefits. Previous insurance experience in a call center is preferred. Calls will be outbound to warm leads.

-They are required to make 50 outbound calls daily to warm leads

-Data Entry of all their calls and notes

-Close 2-3 sales daily, these can also be bundle add ons or upgrades to plans.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High School diploma required.

• Property and Casualty Insurance License (220)

• Homeowners insurance sales experience is a must

• Outbound sales is a must

• Strong PC skills (MS Office Suite)

• Previous knowledge of EZ Lynx system a plus.
