Description We are seeking a Construction Project Analyst to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As a Construction Project Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our real estate development projects, tracking multiple projects concurrently, preparing financial reports, and working closely with the development and construction team. This role plays a pivotal part in managing budgets, contracts, and change orders, as well as enhancing our construction software program's existing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Track and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure efficiency and meet project deadlines.

• Prepare financial reports for each project, including variance analysis and projections, to provide clear financial insights.

• Collaborate closely with the development and construction team, fostering a cooperative environment to meet project goals.

• Manage budgets, contracts, and change orders, ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to project budgets.

• Enhance existing processes in our construction software program to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Set up new projects in the construction software program, including creating budget, commitment, and invoice approval processes.

• Communicate effectively with loan providers to ensure smooth financial transactions.

• Collect and prepare project-related bank draw packages for review and release, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Requirements • Possession of effective Budget Management skills

• Proficiency in Budgeting and Forecasting methods

• Demonstrated experience in Managing Budgets

• Expertise in handling Project Budgets

• Experience in managing Construction Projects

• Familiarity with Construction Projects Accounting

• Ability to Analyze Variance efficiently
