Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain cable systems (including internet, phone, and TV services) for both residential and commercial clients.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with cable systems and perform repairs as needed.

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering client questions and ensuring satisfaction with services.

• Ensure that all work complies with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Document all installations, repairs, and service requests accurately and thoroughly.

• Work with a team of technicians to complete large-scale installations and projects when necessary.

• Stay current with new cable technology, products, and installation techniques.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification is a plus).

• Previous experience as a Cable Technician or in a similar role preferred.

• Knowledge of cable systems (cat5, cat6, fiber, and coaxial), including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
