We are looking for a dynamic and motivated General Manager 3 - Food to lead the charge of food operations supporting MEDCOM at Fort Irwin, CA located near Barstow, CA . The Ideal candidate will have a culinary background and operational management or general manager experience from healthcare food service environment with patient and retail operations experience. Hours of operation are 6 AM to 6.30 PM Seven Days a week . Retail operations are open for Breakfast & lunch M-F. This is a non-union account and will be working directly with the Client.

The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of day-to-day operations;

• deliver high quality food service;

• achieve company and client financial targets and goals;

• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;

• manage patient and retail operations;

• become familiar with On line ordering and/or Army ordering process.

• develop strategic plans;

• Ensure compliance TB Med 530 , NSF, TJC

• create a positive environment;and/or

• ensure Sodexo standards are met.
