ASRC Federal Cyber is seeking a Janitor at Delta Junction, Alaska.

As directed, the Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in complex facilities, including interior buildings and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for occupants.

Essential Job Functions:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness and appearance.

• Dust and polish equipment, furniture, and fixtures to remove dirt, debris, and smudges.

• Stock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning agents, and paper products and replenish as needed.

• Remove trash from designated areas and ensure proper disposal according to waste management guidelines.

• Clean lavatories, showers, and restrooms to maintain hygiene standards and prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.

• Read and follow cleaning supply instructions/restrictions to ensure safe and effective use of cleaning products.

Requirements:

• Valid US driver’s license

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is required.

• Ability to push, pull, and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly to perform cleaning tasks.

• Must be a US or Naturalized Citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical examination to ensure suitability for the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
