ASRC Federal Holding Company Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Fort Greely, Alaska

ASRC Federal Cyber is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at Fort Greely, Alaska.

Job Summary

Manages and directs the facilities within the corporation. Oversees building maintenance, environmental/safety regulation compliance, custodial support, organization of events and space assignments.

Responsible for managing team of employees, schedules, work orders, customers.

Requirements :

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience or equivalent years of experience.

  • 5+ years of related work experience.

  • Experience managing/supervising a team

  • Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
