Job Description

• The Billing Communications Representative in the call center - will take all calls and inquiries related to out of network billing.

• Respond to inbound calls and emails from patients and clients regarding Anagram and out-of-network billing inquiries.

• Provide clear and accurate explanations of billing terms, processes, and statements.

• Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities, including copays, deductibles, and reimbursements.

• Work collaboratively with the billing and customer service teams to resolve complex billing issues.

• Document all interactions and resolutions in the appropriate system for tracking and follow-up purposes.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the Billing Manager or appropriate department as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service in healthcare industry

• Able to understand how billing works and how to articulate patient financial responsibilities clearly

• Proficient using Microsoft Office Applications.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
