HP Inc. Hybrid Systems Solutions Program Manager in Fort Collins, Colorado

Job Summary

  • This Hybrid Systems program management role is responsible for leading teams/projects to solve common and complex business issues, by leveraging developed subject matter knowledge. The role manages and leads cross-functional program teams through the product development life cycle for healthcare and augmented reality solutions. The role also identifies risks and creates mitigation plans, and reports the same to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and leads a program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for healthcare or augmented reality product offerings.

  • Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.

  • Understands the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program, and utilizes knowledge to accelerate project completion.

  • Leads continuous improvement of business processes that optimize and make program execution more efficient.

  • Develops schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, logistics, and other support requirements for assigned program in collaboration with both the company & contract manufacturing teams.

  • Coordinates activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners; tracks progress against established plan and makes decisions to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.

  • Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to implement changes to product, process, or program plan to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.

  • Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.

  • Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Job Posting Expiration Date: 1/01/2025

The base pay range for this role is $90,000 to $115,00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
