Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry based in FORT COLLINS, Colorado, 80525-3911, United States. The role is for an Accounts Payable Clerk who will be instrumental in managing our accounts payable operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of all accounts payable transactions to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations

• Perform account reconciliation activities to maintain accuracy and completeness of accounting records

• Execute check runs to ensure timely and accurate payments

• Code invoices accurately to ensure proper entry into the financial system

• Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain data and financial information

• Operate Dynamics GP to manage and process financial data Requirements • Candidate must have a strong understanding of Account Reconciliation.

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is a mandatory requirement.

• Ability to perform Check Runs is necessary.

• Possession of skills in Coding Invoices is required.

• Strong Data Entry skills are essential.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.

• Familiarity with Dynamics GP software is a plus.

• Previous experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance sectors is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work is necessary.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks is required.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

• Candidate should have a problem-solving attitude.

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
