Description We are offering an opportunity to work in the manufacturing industry based in Fort Collins, Colorado, United States. This role involves functioning as an Accounts Payable Clerk which is critical in maintaining our financial operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurate data entry of accounts payables and/or accounts receivables

• Handling of funds such as cashiering, receipt of customer payments, and generation of payables checks to suppliers

• Answering more complex questions from internal and external customers to resolve transactional issues

• Maintaining transaction records and files

• Conducting analysis of unresolved transactional issues and providing solutions to meet required deadlines

• Supervising and providing training to less experienced staff

• Ensuring smooth operation of payroll and benefits functions

• Assisting in benchmarking activities to ensure competitive salary structures

• Facilitating professional development opportunities for all team members

• Liaising with suppliers, customers, and other external parties as necessary Requirements • Demonstrated experience in the Accounts Payable (AP) function within a manufacturing industry.

• Proven skills in customer service and sales.

• Experience in supervising teams and providing training.

• Proficiency in cash activity management, including cash handling and check processing.

• Knowledge of insurance policies and ability to manage disability claims.

• Familiarity with payroll functions, salary structures, and reimbursements.

• Experience in handling suppliers and external customers.

• Proficiency in using 'About Time' software for time management.

• Ability to manage employee benefits, including medical coverage and mental health services.

• Understanding of funds management, including equity capital.

• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

• Familiarity with benchmarking practices.

• Ability to process receipts accurately.

• Knowledge of HealthCare.gov for managing employee health benefits.
