Maintenance Production Supervisor is the principal assistant to the Project Manager on all matters pertaining to the maintenance production mission.
Responsibilities
Maintenance Production Supervisor will be responsible for the management of all production processes and organization of the facilities.
Directs the production staff and leadership to achieve a satisfactory workflow.
Identifies areas for improvement and organize training opportunities for their team.
Ensures the maintenance and maintenance support processes remain smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring staff. They direct, train, and assist lower-level production workers.
Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output.
Organizing training, and educational manuals for the production team.
Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility.
Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.
Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
Recommend process, resource, and facility improvements to management.
Maintaining communication between employees and management to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.
Ensuring the flow of materials and other resources.
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 5+ years of documented supervisory experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in U.S.
Must have Army material maintenance and production experience
Must have verbal and written communication skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.
Must possess the ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to the customers.
Must be proficient in the use of standard business office software.
Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
Must be able to receive a favorable TIER 1 investigation result and obtain & maintain a CAC.
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma / GED.
Must have the physical capability to include (but are not limited to) to lift 60 pounds, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching.
Desired Qualifications:
12+ years of shop level experience as a technician and understanding of quality systems.
10+ years of Army maintenance and production experience.
91 series U.S. Army Military Occupational Specialty Maintenance Experience.
Valid Driver License.
