Maintenance Production Supervisor is the principal assistant to the Project Manager on all matters pertaining to the maintenance production mission.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Production Supervisor will be responsible for the management of all production processes and organization of the facilities.

  • Directs the production staff and leadership to achieve a satisfactory workflow.

  • Identifies areas for improvement and organize training opportunities for their team.

  • Ensures the maintenance and maintenance support processes remain smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring staff. They direct, train, and assist lower-level production workers.

  • Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output.

  • Organizing training, and educational manuals for the production team.

  • Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility.

  • Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.

  • Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.

  • Recommend process, resource, and facility improvements to management.

  • Maintaining communication between employees and management to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.

  • Ensuring the flow of materials and other resources.

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 5+ years of documented supervisory experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in U.S.

  • Must have Army material maintenance and production experience

  • Must have verbal and written communication skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.

  • Must possess the ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to the customers.

  • Must be proficient in the use of standard business office software.

  • Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.

  • Must be able to receive a favorable TIER 1 investigation result and obtain & maintain a CAC.

  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma / GED.

  • Must have the physical capability to include (but are not limited to) to lift 60 pounds, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of shop level experience as a technician and understanding of quality systems.

  • 10+ years of Army maintenance and production experience.

  • 91 series U.S. Army Military Occupational Specialty Maintenance Experience.

  • Valid Driver License.
